Business Development Manager – Construction Recruitment -North West Location: Manchester/Liverpool Salary: £30k basic + car allowance + laptop + bonus Are you an experienced construction recruiter looking for something a bit different (purely business development as opposed to a full 360) or are you a sales individual keen to break into the recruitment sector? The Role: You will cover the North West territory with a remit to hunt out and generate bookings for construction staff at all levels. You will work closely with the service team in our Manchester office who will ensure that the business you generate is well looked after. Business development will be your primary focus. You will be ahead of your game in terms of what projects are starting and where, what stage jobs are at and what our competitors are doing. You will be out in the field a minimum of 3 days per week and in our Spinningfields office 1-2 days per week. Whilst out in the field you will be doing a combination of planned and unplanned visits but rest assured you will get to drink a lot of builder’s tea.
