Business Development Manager Home based with National Travel £50,000- £60,000 flex plus OTE £100k ++ plus car Our client is a rapidly growing Recruitment Company with an impressive Client base are looking for a business development manager to develop and nurture sales leads within and throughout the client’s buying cycle. Focussing on the Private Sector suitable candidates must have a proven track record in winning major contracts, and ideally with a background in staffing MSP and/or RPO sales. Software or Technology led sales experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: • Communicating and meeting with potential new clients across all verticals • Building effective and operational relationships with managers and decision makers to include Procurement and C level contacts • Identifying their challenges through consultative selling techniques and procedures • Articulating and describing to them the possible bespoke solutions, value propositions, benefits and approaches Skills and Experience required: • Experience within the private sector selling into C level contacts • Experience of selling software and technology based products and services to clients • Proven ability to meet objectives and targets • Business Development experience within recruitment (preferably with RPO/MSP experience) • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well independently • Experience of successfully developing relationships and rapports with key stakeholders with multiple locations • A true hunter with a passion and drive for sales and hitting targets • Very self-motivated and willing to work fairly autonomously. This is a full-time permanent position.
