About the opportunity   We are looking for highly motivated, self-starting freelance individuals to join forces with us to create new opportunities for success. This contract opportunity is highly suited to people that firmly believe that ‘you get out of life (and therefore, business) what you put in’. In this role you will only be limited by your own potential and ability to deliver tangible results. If you meet the requirements (set out below) our promise is that what you will get in return is full training and support, and un-capped income potential.   • You will be selling industrial temporary recruitment services • You will work remotely to develop new business opportunities • You will be provided with in-depth training to familiarise you with our clients needs • You will receive a fixed bonus on all opportunities developed by you which lead to direct sales and on top of that you will also receive an ongoing commission directly related to the revenue produced by the sale which means you will continue receiving money for as long as there is revenue generated by the sale. Our requirements Essential • Excellent command of the English language • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure • Success driven and willing to learn   Highly desirable • Basics of a industrial temporary recruitment business • Previous business development and/or sales experience   *As this is a contract opportunity and not an offer of employment you will be responsible for fulfilling your own tax and national insurance obligations
