Business Development Manager - Recruitment £25,000 - £35,000 Depending On Experience + UNCAPPED Bonus + 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays + Free Parking CH5 2LE We are a specialist recruitment firm working closely with clients in the Banking, Financial Services and FinTech sectors across the UK. Operating successfully since 2007 we are poised for growth and excited about bringing in talented individuals to join us on our mission. The role of Business Development Manager is new to our business and as such represents an exciting opportunity to lead this important function. Working closely with all of the team here it will be your responsibility to target individuals within the companies we want to work with and build relationships with them to find out about their expansion and recruitment plans and then present a solution to them at the right time. We have a well established database of contacts and some active marketing campaigns for you to follow up. To be successful you’ll need to be great at building relationships quickly at all levels and you’ll be as comfortable speaking and presenting over the telephone as you are face to face. Key skills and experience will include: Target focused and motivated to earn money B2B Sales experience Ability to build quick rapport and long lasting relationships over the telephone and in person A great networker that loves finding out about people and business Understanding and extensive use of Linked In Microsoft office competency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Some experience of using a CRM system Prioritise your workload and manage your time effectively Experience of Banking, Financial Services or FinTech would be an advantage but is not essential Full training and support is available and anyone with the right attitude, ambition and work ethic will succeed.
