Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in the Recruitment Software industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: -Based from their offices in Warrington (covering the UK), you will generate new business through new and existing clients. Their target market is Recruitment companies and they offer a state of the art back office system that assists recruitment companies with Temporary staff and manages the full solution. -Provide innovative Back Office Software solutions for your clients and proactively managing your accounts - Attend pre booked meetings from the Internal Sales Reps -Hit monthly targets and work closely with your team to achieve team targets -Hit the ground running every day with extreme enthusiasm to achieve set goals -Weekly reports to your Directors regarding KPI’s and progress throughout that week Experience Required Due to the nature of the market and the solution-based sell involved, the Business Development Manager will be: -A very motivated individual with the ability to listen and fully understand your client's needs. Experience selling a SAAS product is desirable. -Extremely enthusiastic, have the “light up a room” aura. (That’s what fits in with this business) -You will be interacting with clients from all sectors across the Recruitment industry so you will need to be adaptable -You will be smart, articulate with drive and desire to build long lasting and profitable relationships. -No direct experience needed! Based within a commutable distance of the Warrington area. The Package The Business Development Manager will initially start on a basic salary of £55,000 with a very attractive commission structure which will bring your on target earning upwards of £75,000 in your fist year. Although last year the top biller earned considerably more. You will be given training by the company to develop your commercial awareness; you will be furnished with fuel allowance, Iphone, Laptop, pension and 25 days holiday.
