Role Due to constant growth, a key opportunity has been created for a new Business Development Manager. Based out of their plush offices in Central London, you will be targeted with generating new business through warm leads. You will be selling their award-winning Recruitment Software product for temporary Recruitment Agencies. You will also have the ability to provide capital for start-up Temp agencies! As part of your job role, you will be attending corporate networking events monthly. You will also be tasked with regular face to face meetings with new and existing clients. The Candidate: To be successful in this Business Development Manager role, you will have come from a staffing sales background. Experience in Recruitment and Umbrella services is very advantageous, the pinnacle candidate would have a Recruitment Software background. Due to the level of client you will be working with, you will be articulate, well spoken, well presented and have the confidence and ability to network with MD’s and CEO’s. You will be friendly, extremely driven for success and have the ability to work well within a team. The Package: In this Business Development Manager role, you will be looking at a basic salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with an expected OTE of £80,000 year one.
