My client is a leading business who helps & supports Mortgage professions throughout the UK They are now seeking an experienced Business Development Recruitment Manager to join their team Job Purpose: Plan, manage and deliver recruitment activity for the client Key results/objectives The role of the Recruitment Manager is to identify leads, deliver the Network proposition to potential new Appointed Representatives (ARs) and Regulated Introducers (RIs) and negotiate a commercial arrangement which both maximises the value of the AR or RI to the Network and presents a competitive package in the marketplace. Key results * Build a client bank of potential recruitment targets to the firm * Create and deliver a pipeline of competent AR Firms and RIs that contribute to the productivity and profitability targets of the firm * Liaise with senior management on proposition development * Work to the quality standards set by the firm for new AR and RI recruits * Ensure time from application to appointment is minimised by effective evidence gathering and competency assessment of the potential recruit * Use negotiating skills to deliver maximum profit per AR firm Key tasks * Deliver the firm's recruitment target both in terms of numbers of ARs and their contribution to the P&L * Identify and target new business opportunities from leads generated through relationship building within the intermediary market * Represent the firm at industry events and networking sessions that create business opportunities. * Identify and work with advocates within the existing Network to generate leads and help grow existing businesses * Be an expert on the companies proposition and be able to identify how it can benefit the potential AR/RI * Work with existing firms to help grow their business through the recruitment/development of RIs * Work closely with the PST to generate and filter potential recruits to the firm * Work closely with compliance to ensure potential recruits have the necessary TCF culture embedded in their business * Plan and prepare an effective calling pattern that creates balance between work and home life. * Liaise closely with the senior management team to maximise recruitment procedures and efficiencies * Maintain business knowledge, prepare and deliver effective presentations that highlight the unique selling points of the firm's proposition. * Communicate new proposition developments to prospective AR and RIs * Work with Marketing to constantly improve communication channels and messages to potential ARs and RIs * Regular provide written reports and feedback to management This role will be home based, however will involve travel Salary: £40 - £45k basic + car allowance + Bonus
