Business Development / Client Relationship Manager / Recruitment Solution Sales Home Based - covering Hampshire and Dorset Up to £40,000 basic includes car allowance plus OTE £70,000 Due to our continued success we are currently recruiting for Business Development Managers to join our team. This is a key position, directly supporting the revenue growth of our business. It is an ideal role for someone who has a proven track record of success in providing SaaS solutions and B2B sales within HR or recruitment industries. Targeting companies across your designated geographical area, you will be accountable for winning (and retaining) new business and expanding our customer footprint by analysing your client’s requirements and designing the best possible solution. You will have the ability to find the businesses need, engage with an organisation across all levels and work together with your clients to continually review the partnership in line with their strategies and put together revised strategies and approach based on your results. Our induction training programme will give you a detailed insight to social media strategies, complex recruitment processes and the latest recruitment technology. After successful completion of our training programme, you will be able to discuss in-depth recruitment strategies with senior management and design a simple, yet sophisticated solution. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of SaaS products within the recruitment industry however more importantly, you must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the sales life-cycle and prove over-achievement within the recruitment industry
