The Person - Business Development Manager/New Business We are looking for a bright, articulate, well presented and mature individual who comes from a recruitment background to work in their growing team. This is what we are looking for: *360 Recruitment background - this is non-negotiable as the team they have are all EX-Recruitment consultants. If you are at the top of your game and wanting to make a move selling a service rather than selling a person you can't control or want to get into Software Sales - this will be the perfect lucrative move! *Recruiters are the best people for this role as they understand the benefits of using a Software solution to do their job. *You will be selling into Recruitment companies as your market as there are 42,000 recruitment businesses in the UK. *You will be articulate, well presented with a commercial acumen. *You must have a proven track record and a desire to earn a good OTE. *This will be 100% New Business so you will be passing the client on to the ACCOUNT MANAGERS after you have won the business.
