Job Description

We are a small recruitment agency who specialises with supplying all trade persons to main contractors and sub contractors within the construction industry. We are currently looking for someone to join our team, who has a strong sales attitude and wants to develop their career. You would be required to manage existing customers and deliver new customers on a weekly basis. This will require a lot of phone work and a lot of site visits, meeting clients etc. You will also be required to recruit candidates for specific roles. You will have access to our current database as well as 1000's of name and numbers to do so. Ideally you would of worked in a very similar role before and be knowledgable when it comes to recuitment and the construction industry. There is potential to earn well, as commission will be paid above your salary
