Connect2Luton is a joint venture business owned by Luton Borough Council and Commercial Services Kent Ltd, recruiting for temporary agency, contract and interim roles for its shareholders, but with particular focus for Luton Borough Council. We are recruiting for a billing Manager, who can demonstrate commercial acumen in the running and developing of a successful business. You will have: A proven record of accomplishment in developing a small team to achieving high performance The ability to drive the success of the business by effective management, improving efficiency, productivity, customer delight and net profit levels, whilst fulfilling agency vacancies yourself An influential leader who can develop future business plans for the growth of the business A good understanding of the principles of stakeholder engagement An entrepreneurial nature, one that is commercially well informed Worked for the public sector in a management role, in the public sector recruitment sector in a team leader role, or for a company supplying extensive services to the public sector Please note the employer for this job role is Luton & Kent Commercial Services LLP.
