As a Business Manager for Office Angels you will be responsible for: - Creating a winning culture for your team to thrive - built on celebrating success, coaching and development of your team and by working with your team to create a vision to be the very best in your local market Build and follow a simple but targeted sales plan to ensure we grow our enviable client base and that our current customers are valued and respected at all times Manage the financial performance of the business - focusing mainly on the opportunity to grow our client base and overall profit while managing costs but ensuring we invest in the right areas to ensure the best service and offering in the business Drive the sales activity for the branch - built on service and playing to the strengths of your team Developing your team - motivate and develop your current team working with them to help them achieve their personal and professional aspirations as well as always looking for the best people in the market to join and grow your team. We are committed to training and developing our people and you will be given full support to learn the OA way of doing things.
