What is the role of an Associate Recruitment Consultant? * An Associate Recruitment Consultant is a business development focused role. * Building stronger connections with our clients and candidates to continue the building of an unparalleled presence in the market. * You will be responsible for building relationships with organisations across the UK, encouraging them to come to you with their Health and Safety recruitment needs, helping Principal People to win in the marketplace. * Conducting sales through a range of methods including phone calls, face to face meetings and attending networking events. Most recently we enjoyed a day at the Cartier Cup with our clients, just one of the events in our calendar. * Actively working on job vacancies to find the best possible candidates for the companies you are representing. * Juggling a demanding workload in which no two days are ever the same and your work is varied and exciting; you will be wishing time would slow down rather than clock watching!
