Job Description

Commission based candidate recruiter to join our recruitment team of 4 consultants, required for a busy care agency based at the Forum, Lincoln or from your own home after training offered. This is due to our rapid growth, and the need for more quality candidates to work with Lincolns largest healthcare agency. Annicare have been trading for over 3 years. This role offers the chance to experience all tasks in the day to day running of the business, from enquires right through to a delivered service. Responsibilities of a candidate recruiter: * CV database and approach matching skills required * Dealing with enquiries from candidates over the phone and email * Ensure all customers and potential customers are treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect at all times, in response to any enquiry or service they may be requesting * Mailshots/ E-mailshots * Any other duties appropriate to the role Requirements of the role: * Enthusiastic, ambitious, trustworthy, well-mannered and eager to learn * Hard Working. Willing to consistently do more than the basic requirements. * Ability to take feedback & act positively upon it. * Someone with excellent communication skills, confident and clear on the telephone with a good manner. * Accurate with attention to details * Computer literate. Must have good skills in Word, Excel, Outlook * Someone with good interpersonal & organisation skills. Remuneration and other Benefits: * Monday-Friday between 9-16.30 you choose your hours to suit, or at home you choose your hours. * £50 per candidate who passes our recruitment and compliance checks. You can do as much or as little as you choose. You will be given full access to complete your role using the best cv databases in the industry, a laptop, and a work mobile phone. Successful candidates who book and convert 8 candidates a week that match our business criteria, successfully for 6 months will be offered the opportunity of a full time permanent basis. ( If mutually desirable.) If the target is achieved this would generate a £400 a week wage, based on your results and drive to achieve.
