As the foremost supplier of quality Special Educational Needs & Disabilities staffing solutions in the UK, Axcis Education continues to grow, and therefore we are looking to expand our team in our Bristol office. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for a career in recruitment and want to join a company that celebrates success and supports you on your journey to get there . You will be fully trained over a number of months ensuring you are fully equipped with the skill set to assist you in a trainee recruitment role. Some individuals may progress quicker than others. The training will consist of: " Resourcing candidates for job roles, " Searching job sites for cv's, " Utilising the company database to recruit candidates " Marketing in local areas, interviewing candidates and writing good strong profiles Once you are confident to move to the next stage you will then begin your client training. This will consist of: " Visiting schools with colleagues " Writing strong job adverts to attract candidates " Attend exhibitions, " Take part in individual and group sales training " Positive marketing of candidates and making sales calls. During this period we will identify if you have the skill set to be a trainee recruitment consultant or a resource officer in the vetting team.
