We are currently looking to appoint a high performing experienced 360 Recruiter to join our care team. We are currently working with Private and NHS clients/contracts across the UK. The right candidate will have experience with working on a national framework and ideally would have NHS framework experience. Your role You will be required to maintain and build on our existing customer base whilst expanding the recent NHS contract which is in place. You will have 360 recruitment skills/experience within a Care setting and hopefully have experience of working on an NHS contract. In addition you will be a hands-on, passionate, dynamic professional and be required to grow and develop a team around you to meet this challenge. What you will do: ·Maintain and grow our existing customer base to deliver the best quality candidates to match with our client requirements at a challenging time. ·Expand and grow the NHS contract to meet the demands of the NHS. -Develop an in house team to support the implementation of the company's growth strategy -Deliver a candidate recruitment strategy in line with company KPI’s. ·Working closely with the Management team deliver continuous improvement on candidate resourcing and Sales processes and strategy. ·Lead in the design, development and implementation of innovative direct-sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, CV Databases, Talent Pooling, Networking and Social Media). ·Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research. Your skills and experience Should have: · A track record of delivering excellent results and developing a high-performing team, in fast-paced and KPI-driven environments. ·Resilience, determination and great people skills are a must. ·Awareness of how social media platforms and marketing strategies can drive candidate attraction. ·Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with the ability and willingness to take initiative. ·A calm, confident and credible demeanor. ·Experience within a candidate recruitment role. ·Understanding of direct sourcing strategies
