We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people focused individual with proactive recruitment experience to become the Casual Staff Recruitment Manager based at our Boroughbridge office. The role will manage and oversee the Recruitment team in the day to day recruitment of Casual Event Staff of a thriving events company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful business and an industry leader in its field. About SEP: SEP Ltd is a fast-growing, vibrant events business and part of Tracsis Group. We provide event car parking and traffic management services to many of the UK’s largest and most prestigious outdoor events such as major sporting fixtures, music festivals, agricultural shows, flower shows, concerts and more. Role Purpose: * Plan and coordinate casual event staffing timescales efficiently in line with event diary ensuring all events are fully staffed with appropriate, reliable candidates. * Continually develop all processes used in the department to ensure candidates are reliable, suitable, well briefed and eligible for work in the UK. * Plan and implement casual event staffing campaigns and processes, using job boards, social media to ensure we have a high calibre staff across the UK. * Generate weekly reports to provide progress updates to the Senior Manager team of casual event staff recruitment. * Continually develop the written Staffing Processes, to and ensure that procedures are followed effectively. * Develop the recruitment department, its processes and personnel to meet the expanding needs of the Company. * Fulfil the role of Line Manager for the Staffing team, including responsibilities such as conducting progress/ debriefing meetings, appraisals, PDP development plans, monitoring absence and holidays and liaising with other key stakeholders, such as HR and H&S.
