THE ROLE AS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT •Identify new prospects through a variety of methods to successfully sell the benefits of our services. •Attend sales meetings to build working relationships with the clients. •Maximise business opportunities with existing clients i.e. across all departments and skill categories and cross sell for other branches where possible. •Maintain regular contact with key accounts and ensure continued custom on an ongoing basis, review the standards and contents of service provided to clients and effect continuous improvement. •Source vacancies through regular canvassing of existing clients, new prospects, newspaper advertisements, personal contacts, etc.in accordance with the KPI’s set by your line manager. •Clearly understand the clients' requirements and propose/supply only those candidates that meet those requirements. •Prepare C.V’s and candidate profiles. •Conduct candidate pre-interview briefing. •Complete a full registration of the candidate to company standards, including completing eligibility and background checks and reference applicants in accordance with Company procedures (Preventing Illegal Working Policy ) •Accurately process weekly timesheets and booking sheets, new employees, new clients, placements etc. to strict deadline.
