Recruitment Consultant – Greenford. This successful recruitment company is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its team in Greenford area. With a strong presence in the Catering market you will have a strong foothold to ensure your success in this busy sector. JOB SUMMARY – Recruitment Consultant • You will take on warm business with a strong client base that is recruiting heavily • With a targeted and consultative sales approach, you will be developing temp, contract or perm business • Must also have potential client portfolios • As the business grows your career path will develop to Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant level CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT – Recruitment Consultant - Warm desk • Being a Recruitment Consultant is both highly demanding and highly rewarding, requiring diverse skillsets and personal attributes. As a Catering Recruitment, we are open to considering applicants from various backgrounds spanning catering/hospitality industry professionals, candidates with recruitment experience or people coming from positions such as sales, account management, business development or similar vocations. The key is that you have the drive and aptitude to succeed in recruitment and deliver against the high standards all our stakeholders expect. - Sourcing & interviewing candidates and guiding them through the whole recruitment process. - Satisfying clients’ needs by supplying chefs and Catering Staffs into shifts for permanent roles. - Building relationships and effective networks with clients and candidates. - Working to Key Performance Indicators and achieving recruitment targets.
