They’re now looking for an ambitious graduate for an exciting, hybrid role – one where you will concurrently find new customers on a B2B footing, but also source high-level individuals and candidates. Chair Recruitment Executive Package:  A competitive basic salary of £25k OTE Comprehensive internal and external training - for the first 6 months you will work closely with and learn from the Sales Manager, before delivering on an autonomous basis as you grow in confidence Lucrative incentives and bonuses Excellent scope for progression and further professional development Fun, inclusive environment with regular socials and calendar events Pension Chair Recruitment Executive Role: Generate new business sales leads and sales appointments Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company, competitors and their respective service offerings in order to ensure you can present the business as the market leader in all forms of communication Perform thorough and accurate B2B/SME research to uncover key thought leaders in the sector Proactively generate leads and opportunities in your assigned target markets, as defined by the Sales Development Manager and Sales Director Create and manage successful cold and warm calling email and phone campaigns Consistently achieve and/or exceed qualified opportunity quotas to ensure targets are met Employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to proactively engage with prospects over a variety of channels including social media, e mail, telephone and webinars Maintain client records on CRM according to the company’s systems and procedures Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability Chair Recruitment Executive: Educated to degree level Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Commercial acumen Approachable, competitive and a strong work ethic  Pareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
