Chef Recruitment Manager - 35-38K+Bonus and company benefits The client This is a hospitality restaurant business with numerous brands offering a variety of menu options. The business a spread nationwide from busy shopping centres to locations on the high street. This business is expanding with acquisitions on the horizon for new brands and concepts so an excellent time to move to a business where you can grow your career. As a result of these new developments they need to expand on their recruitment function. As a chef recruitment manager you will be field based and responsible for all BOH positions in the business across the brands. You will also be very involved with the recruitment strategy and the implementation of their new ATS system. The chef recruitment manager will also be responsible for the BOH positions within the new openings and acquisitions as they come on board. Your experience * You will need experience of working in chef recruitment. In-house experience in a recruitment role is preferable. * Being self efficient, resilient and driven is essential. This is a very fast paced market and competition for chef's is high. * It is important that you understand the hospitality industry and the sectors for each brand, so you can understand "what good looks like" for each concept. * This is a mobile position and you will often be travelling to the restaurants to complete interviews and assessment days.
