Client Recruitment Executive Newcastle £25K per annum + car allowance Our client is seeking a driven and professional individual seeking their next challenge. The Client Recruitment Executive will be responsible for the ongoing recruitment of new partners. The Client Recruitment Executive will: Identify and recruit new partners Generate leads and screen potential participants Build relationships with prospective data partners Manage and obtain contracts Arrange data supply set up in conjunction with the data-in team Enable technical discussions between the partner and internal departments to ensure smooth setup and delivery of data Juggle multiple negotiations & set ups simultaneously Maintain organised and accurate recruitment records in the field database Present our benefits whilst recruiting for new partners Apply a strategic approach to supporting recruitment within priority panels Plan effective route planning Communicate with the line manager to ensure agreed targets are achieved The ideal candidate will: Have strong working knowledge on Microsoft office Have previous experience in a similar client facing role, sourcing, developing and converting new business prospects Be innovative and able to “think outside of the box” Be self-motivated and driven Be results driven to meet and exceed key performance indicators Have strong communication skills; verbally and written Have a high level of attention to detail Be highly tenacious and strong networking skills Be comfortable working across all levels within a client structure, including senior management Be able to build strong relationships internally & externally Be happy to travel
