Client Relationship Manager (CRM) (Screening, IT, Recruitment) An exciting and growring division within the UKs largest IT Solutions company are looking to hire a talentd Client Relationship Manager (CRM) (Screening, IT, Recruitment) to join their expanding team in Alton. Job Overview The role of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) (Screening, IT, Recruitment) will be to provide strategic account management of agreed client portfolio to expand where necessary to meet business requirements ensuring that up to date industry knowledge is shared as appropriate. To manage and develop both existing and new client relationships, ensuring that business development opportunities are followed through to conclusion. To provide customer satisfaction across the client portfolio, whilst constantly looking at ways in which to improve the client and candidate journey. The CRM should at all times maintain regular (Monthly) contact with their client base and should actively seek to resolve concerns and act on requests as appropriate. They are responsible for ensuring that communications, both written and verbal are accurate and informative. Knowledge / Experience for the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) (Screening, IT, Recruitment) A previous knowledge or experience of screening people, from either working for a screening company or from within a role where screening has been part of the job would be advantageous, this role would also suit people from a recruitment / IT services outsourcing organisation where you have had extensive experience in up-selling. Extensive in-country (UK) preferred, international (EMEA) experience (desirable and expertise) as well as a desire to accept full ownership and accountability for all deliverable and results for assigned clients Sales Drive & Orientation experience is essential for this role, must be able to demonstrate a natural comfort with selling to others.
