Welcome to Diamond Recruitment, we are a family run recruitment business based in Holywell having established ourselves here over the last 7 years. Due to expansion and growth of the business we are seeking a new person to join our team. £16.000 is the starting salary and future pay rises will be offered based on performance and through establishing yourself as integral part of the team. The role will involve a mixture of payroll administration and providing support to our clients. Payroll Administration You will be trained on all aspects of the payroll department this will involve although not exclusive to: * Processing timesheets sent from our clients on to the payroll system * Using good communication skills and problem solving abilities to resolve any time sheet queries or set backs. * Application data entry * Completing / creating EXCEL spreadsheets, Due to this confidence in using Excel is essential. Client Support When all payroll duties have been carried out the candidate will then support the operation with client support. Roles will include, but are not exclusive to: * Completing client trackers * Helping the team contact candidates * Write job descriptions * Carry out registrations and inductions. * Liaising with clients and attempting to fulfil their requirements. IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND YOUR OWN CAR YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO ANSWER CALLS OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE MEETING CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS ON YOUR OWN. YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD COMMAND OF EXCEL AND MICROSOFT OFFICE PERSON SPECIFICATION Must be an excellent communicator Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Confident Flexible Resilient Approachable A natural problem solver Computer Literate Positive attitude. This is not a 9 - 5 role. Normal office hours 8.45am - 4pm Monday - Friday but must have your works mobile on outside those hours as you will be on call 24/7
