Role overview: This role is responsible for the operational delivery of Permanent recruitment services to Zenith’s Clients and Candidates within the Commercial Division. Job specific responsibilities: Service Delivery •Advertising all jobs •Undertaking candidate interviews for specific vacancies and for database building •Taking vacancy details from Clients and creating job and person specifications as required •Negotiating Permanent charges and fees or contractor pay and charge rates •Submitting Candidates to Clients •Arranging Client interviews - confirming with both Client and Candidate and briefing Candidates •Candidate interview feedback •Shortlisting •Co-ordinating assessment/testing days •Confirming starts and ensuring relevant letters and information are distributed •Client liaison and account management •Attending Client review meetings and collection of Client feedback •Attending jobs fairs and outplacement support sessions •Production of contract and induction information for each contract and ensuring this information is kept up to date •Undertaking Candidate inductions, on-site surgeries, disciplinary meetings, briefings, etc. •Assist in managing jobs boards •Issuing and collating weekly timesheets •Following up queries on behalf of payroll team •Basic front line invoicing support for Candidates and Clients •Checking of worker bible and timesheets before passing to payroll •Data input - creating candidate records, tracking information and general management information •Producing Candidate profiles •Faxing, filing, photocopying as required •Production of company information factsheets, tables, documents, etc. •Sales & Marketing •Lead generation, qualification and follow up •Sending speculative CV’s •Maintaining contact with 'dormant’ clients •Assisting with writing tenders, bids, proposals and ITT’s •Client visits - account management and assisting with new business appointments •Attending networking events, jobs fairs, business events, etc. •Growing network of contacts •Cross selling of Zenith other services •Identifying opportunities for new business and market research •Generation of ideas for e-shots, marketing campaigns, tweets, blog articles, etc. •Generating ideas for improvements in service delivery and innovations where possible
