Do you have 1-2 years’ experience in the recruitment industry and are looking for the next step to build your career? TDM is one of the leading property and construction recruitment specialists and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist construction team. You must have 1-2 years' experience minimum within the recruitment industry. Ideally you will also have experience in construction recruitment or trades and labour recruitment. However, we are also open to considering candidates who have a generalist recruitment background. Our construction team is busy, well-known and inundated with roles. This role will be to work alongside our Principal and Senior Consultant who specialise in the construction industry, recruiting Site Assistants through to Construction Managers. TDM are on a number of nationwide PSL’s and are inundated with jobs to work on, for both Top 100 FTSE companies and smaller independent clients. Over the past few years we have experienced a period of sustained growth throughout the business, doubling in size and we now have 27 consultants at TDM. You will join TDM in a junior consultant capacity, with your own geographical area and candidate base that you are responsible for. Joining a specialist recruiter enables you to develop your knowledge and awareness of a sector easier, ensuring that you get to the top of your ability quick, and we have some of the top recruiters in the industry within TDM, ready and willing to teach you the ropes. Role Responsibilities • Supporting senior consultants within the team • 360 recruitment, client through to candidate management • Head hunting passive candidates on the market for specific roles Key Requirements • 1-2 years’ relevant experience, able to demonstrate billing history OR experience in the construction/trades and labour sector. • Ambitious and driven, hungry to succeed in a money driven environment • Background of working towards targets We are located close to the centre of Faversham, 5 minutes’ walk from public transport links and have free parking.
