Construction Recruitment Consultant. Trades and Laborer Desk Location: Manchester M12 4JD Salary: £18-35k per annul (basic salary + bonus) Achievable Bonus structure: Year 1 - OTE £25.000+ Year 2 - OTE £30.000+ Year 3 - OTE £40.000+ Duties: Duties to include: - Calling prospective clients - Generating new business - Meeting targets - Helping clients - Up-selling Skills to include: - Being a hard worker, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic - Team work in a sales oriented environment - Information technology - Time management - Being courteous, professional and persistent - Multitasking - Prioritising - Being flexible You will need to: - have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - have a flair for sales with excellent communication skills - via phone, email and in person. - have a desire to progress and challenge yourself continually. - enjoy working as individual as well as a part of the team in a fast paced and demanding environment. - be creative in generating new business. - build and maintain relationships with existing and future clients.
