Construction Recruitment Resourcer

Focus Group Logistics are currently recruiting for an ambitious individual to join our busy team in Rickmansworth WD3. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for supporting our Recruitment team in the search for candidates. The main purpose of the role is to support the fast paced Resource team which involves: - Candidate Sourcing and initial contact - Placing job adverts and monitoring on a variety of medias - Dealing with all candidate applications. - Engaging with prospective candidates and conducting vetting procedures to ensure only relevant candidates are submitted to site for consideration by the site manager. - Sourcing potential candidates from various job boards - Candidate care and communication Salary negotiable dependant on experience Essential skills/experience: - Confident, enthusiastic and positive, with an excellent telephone manner - Experienced in recruitng candidates and must be able to demonstrate ability to work from detailed information where accuracy is key. - Have a 'can do attitude" working as part of a team - Self-motivated and target driven - Ability to build up a positive rapport with clients and people Ideally, you will have knowledge of recruiting in the construction market. However, training can be given to the right candidate. This is a challenging but rewarding environment.
