Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join an established company based in Middlesex/West London on a permanent (FTC) basis. As the Construction/Recruitment Administrator, you will be ingrained within the project delivery and workshop teams. This is a Fixed Term Contract until January 2017, with rolling FTC's available thereafter. Specific Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for customers o Communication of project progress o Communication of project deliverables o Production of project specific reports and documentation o Writing of formal project meeting minutes o Develop customer relationships/partnering * Production of project plans under the direction of Project Leader * Administer and communicate project plans to the project team o Creation and maintenance of project schedule o Creation and maintenance of project risk register o Creation and maintenance of project KPI reports o Collection and reporting of project cost * Ensure project compliance to Voith code of conduct and contract * To carryout other functions that are broadly consistent with role when required Desired Skills * Experience/Graduate in a manufacturing/engineering environment * Experience of working in a project team environment * Excellent communication skills * Fluent in MS Office including MS Project Please note - due to the high level of interest in this role we are only able to respond to and entertain applications from candidates with the immediate right to live and work in the UK.
