Role: Consultancy Services Sales & Relationship Manager Status: Permanent Salary: Basic Salary up to £65,000 plus up to £30k bonus and good benefits. My client is a globally active recruitment consultancy established in the late 80’s. It connects specialist talent with leading employers across multiple industries and disciplines. They employ just over 800 people across the globe to include offices in Australia, China, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Their core business recruit’s professionals in the following specialist disciplines: Tax, Projects and Change, IT PMO, IT Data & Applications, IT Development, Core Finance, Senior Finance, Specialist Finance, Risk, Compliance, Sales & Marketing and Office Support (and Engineering in Ireland). They also cover executive search globally through another brand and office support in Ireland. In addition, too permanent, contract and interim staffing, they offer customised Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing services too. The daily requirements of the role: • This role will involve you working with my clients existing client base to diversify their footprint of services to include SoW, BPO and other consultancy services in to Banking, Financial Services and Technology Clients. • Your role will be to identify and map new clients to target for the provision of the above services. • You will manage the client base to ensure consistent levels of client service excellence are being met • Work internally with senior stakeholders to devise operational delivery strategies, but experience delivering SoW's in to business area's like the Banking, Financial Services and Technology sector are key. They’re very open at the moment based on the ideal person’s experience and specialisms, however this will be a heavily weighted client contact role with a large emphasis on face to face sales and relationship management. They envisage that the successful applicant will have prior SoW sales experience, a deep understanding of consultancy products and how to effectively position these with clients in addition to being highly credible in person
