Excellent organisation that empower their staff to be fully trained and developed to achieve great results. THE ROLE This is a contract in-house recruitment position to cover maternity leave. The position will cover all areas of recruitment dealing with vacancies right across the business. There will be a lot of opportunity to really get involved with the hiring managers and understand the different areas of the business and looking at areas where improvements on the recruitment process can be made. There will be the chance to work on projects and get totally involved. This is a very inspiring organisation to work for and will offer some truly excellent experience to further the candidate’s career. My client will also consider an HR Officer who has lead and been involved in large recruitment campaigns and would be interested in a role that is taking responsibility for the recruitment but also getting involved in projects. The role will require building credible and long-term working relationships with different hiring managers across the business, working closely with them and delivering an efficient, effective service. THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have been responsible for recruitment for a business and worked on a variety of different roles throughout a business. Experience of building strong and credible relationships with hiring managers, fully understanding business, the roles (some very IT driven or operationally), experience of working with customer service centres, engineering, blue/white collared staff. This role is not just a sourcing CV’s and sending them to hiring managers role, it is taking ownership, understanding the business and roles and building strong relationships, working on projects to improve the recruitment process and initiatives. Leading and being proactive. The role is on a contract basis and will start in 2 months’ time. THE COMPANY A well established and recognised name in their industry sector.
