Contract Recruiter / Sales / Business Development / Employer Liaison Trowbridge – With travel around Wiltshire and Swindon Full Time 18 month fixed term contract £18,958 Exciting opportunity working with businesses in Wiltshire that would suit a dynamic, self-motivated person who enjoys a fast paced and varied role. Our client is the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire and is fast on its way to becoming outstanding having achieved a good Ofsted grade in June 2015. They are currently seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to visit employers throughout Wiltshire to discuss and promote employees accessing College training courses. You will judge whether employees and the employer are suited and eligible to access College courses against set criteria. You will also be expected to maintain appropriate data, audit and financial records; liaise with the Marketing department to produce promotional advertising and liaise with the Training Consultant team to identify referral opportunities. The successful candidate will have a good level of general education, ideally up to being Level 3 qualified. You will ideally have experience of business development activities including networking, sales and marketing. It is essential that you have experience of administrative processes and that you are a strong communicator who can build and maintain effective working relationships. Self-motivation is a must to be successful in this position.
