Job Description

This privately owned and growing company requires someone to cover a 12-month maternity leave. You will work with the Recruiting Assistant to manage the end to end recruitment process for all of the company’s open positions. This will involve meeting department managers to discuss recruitment needs and creating job adverts; developing and managing sourcing efforts; performing HR screening interviews and making recommendations to managers; setting up interviews and decision meetings with them and making offers as well as developing recruitment processes. In addition, you will support employees and managers with general HR related tasks. This will include providing guidance to managers and employees on such matters as disciplinary, grievance, absence management, pay, internal hiring and restructures; managing new starter inductions and performance probation reviews and ad hoc HR projects. Ideally you will have had three to four years in a recruiting role, ideally within a technical environment and will have sound knowledge of HR and recruitment best practice as well as being familiar with employment law legislation. It is also strongly desirable that you are CIPD qualified or able to display relevant experience
