We have a unique opportunity for an Engineering, contract focused, Delivery Consultant based in our Surrey offices (Camberley). Due to fantastic relationships developed with our clients, since our inception in 2012, we are in a very fortunate position to expand our contract delivery team. If you have experience in either a 180 or 360 degree recruitment role with a particular focus on contract/temporary recruitment then this could be the ideal opportunity to consider. Working alongside account managers, you will be focused on sourcing contract candidates for a variety of different engineering contract assignments. You will be required to utilise internal databases, online CV databases and social platforms to attract candidates for appropriate vacancies, as well as networking through existing contacts and nurturing referrals. Due to the nature of contract recruitment and the pace that operates within, you will need to be reactive and have the ability to multitask whilst remaining focused. Qualification is key, as you will know with contractors/temporary workers in particular, so experience in this field is required. Experience/Attributes required: • Proven experience in contract or temporary recruitment role – candidate delivery • Good understanding of Contractor/Temporary worker legislation – AWR, IR35 • Understanding and knowledge or contractor payroll options – LTD, Umbrella, PAYE • Preferable experience in a technical or engineering recruitment role • Hardworking and conscientious mentality required
