Contracts Manager - Global Technical Recruitment Business ROLE DESCRIPTION As the Contracts Manager for VHR you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and analysing risk of all outbound and inbound commercial contract agreements in addition to owning the compliance procedures of the Company. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Lead the Contracts & Compliance Team comprising of Compliance Assistants and interns. * Draft outgoing contractual framework agreements for new and existing clients to ensure that the Company is protected both commercially and legally. * Review and amend where necessary all incoming contractual agreements from clients, suppliers and other third parties to ensure overall risk to the Company is minimised whilst complying with all relevant legislation. * Approve or decline both incoming and outgoing agreements to ensure that the Company is not exposed to risk unnecessarily * Draft ad-hoc lease, employment, consultancy, royalties, non-disclosure and other types of agreements where necessary. * Analyse the financial aspects of all outgoing and incoming contractual agreements to ensure the Company is not exposed to commercial loss or risk. * With support from the appropriate business leader, negotiate contractual and commercial terms directly with clients, suppliers and third parties as required. * Escalate any examples of contractual, commercial, legislative, compliance, concerns or other risks to the Board of the Company where appropriate.
