Creative Marketer, Recruitment Ref: 01151 Based in Newport, 37 hours per week Salary £24,161 Have you got the creativity to bring our digital recruitment marketing to life? We are looking for a creative marketer who can create, deliver and manage recruitment campaigns and adverts online and through social media. We have a strong, bold employer brand and we`re always recruiting to our team of difference makers so you`ll help us share the story of working life at Pobl by using a creative mix of media and impactful messaging. This role would suit somebody who has real creativity, working with graphics, copy and video and a flair for engaging people through social media. You`ll have a talent for understanding a target audience and getting their attention using the networks, channels and types of content they engage with most. Who are we? You`ll be working with our Communications and Recruitment teams to identify, design, deliver and monitor online recruitment advertisements and campaigns. The recruitment team and Head of Talent will identify the roles and audiences we need to target and the communications team will support you in creating and sharing digital content that brings our recruitment activity to life. Your role will be to work out how best to reach different audiences, appeal to and engage with them. You`ll work out which online and social media channels and methods we should use and what messages and media we need to use to ensure people get excited about working for Pobl Group. You`ll set up adverts, campaigns and monitor them, reporting on their success and refining them in real time in line with agreed budgets and timescales. You`ll also use your marketing skill to identify opportunities: New ways to reach people, innovative ways of advertising and engaging online, and we`ll encourage you to try these new methods so we`re always learning and improving our online recruitment. You`ll also help us populate and continuously improve our online recruitment process and on boarding journey, tailoring the experience to different roles and applicant audiences.
