We are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor for a rapidly expanding business close to Chester and Ellesmere Port in Cheshire. As a new business, we want like minded people to join our clients company and be part of a successful team they grow and develop. In order to succeed, we want people from a Recruitment/Payroll/Sales/Service background who can join the business and really add value to clients and customers.
The successful Customer Sales Advisor will work with our clients partners to sell payroll services and solutions to contractors, LTD companies and self employed workers. We want the successful Customer Sales Advisor who can successfully speak to people, sell the benefits of the services available and sign them up to join our business. You will be following a huge amount of inbound leads and engage with people via telephone calls, pre-arranged appointments and with email activity. There will BE NO COLD CALLING in this role; every call has been pre-qualified and the customer/worker will know why you are ringing. Ideally, we want to speak to people from a payroll solutions company or those with a recruitment background who are looking to move away from a recruitment consultant/resourcer position.
Our client will give you full training and bespoke product knowledge, but we want people with an outbound calling background to contact us. With the knowledge you are given we expect you to be able to reach the next level of your career and begin to progress with an ambitious and focused company. People who can thrive in a non cold calling, but still a sales role will really enjoy this role.
Role Accountabilities as a Customer Sales Advisor
Able to make outbound calls per day to qualified leads our client do not manage you on specific KPIs, but we believe that with this level of activity, confident and successful telesales advisors will bring in results.
This is not a high volume sales position; it is quality, consultative sales calls where you provide advice and guidance to new customers.
As an experienced Customer Sales Advisor, you will ensure that all calls and emails are handled with empathy, enthusiasm, confidence and accuracy.
All of our sales advisors can demonstrate a commitment to be helpful on each sales interaction and follow through on promises that you make.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times; we want people to actually go out of your way to support customers with outstanding service when they really need our help.
Ensure that prospective customers are fully advised and supported through their decision-making process to give them the best deal/option available to them.
Proactively and enthusiastically work towards agreed targets and objectives with your line manager.
Understand a complex business and how your hard work and enthusiasm can support your clients and customers.
Previous sales experience is preferred
Experience of payroll solutions would be an advantage
Experience of working in recruitment would be an advantage
Experience of sales- inbound or outbound is preferred
Must have confidence, personality and a sense of humour!
Strong work ethic essential; work hard and play hard.
A friendly and outgoing individual who genuinely enjoys dealing with people.
An extremely positive and proactive approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Must possess a high level of personal motivation and initiative.
Competitive Salary up to £20,000 (depending on experience)
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Working hours 08.30 17.30 Monday to Friday
