Who are we? Resourcing Solutions is an award winning specialist recruitment company providing engineering and construction disciplines to the Rail, Power and Built Environment sectors. From three UK hubs (Thames Valley; London & Home Counties; Midlands & Northern UK) we support companies involved in worldwide infrastructure projects ranging from multi £billion multi-national organisations to SME’s in public and private sector, for infrastructure owners, consultancies, contracting and subcontracting companies. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment process post sale for roles within their area of discipline expertise. This vacancy is on our RAIL team; working on Contract / Interim roles with a focus on Candidate Resourcing Key responsibilities include: Candidates * Mapping the market to identify all key people within an agreed sector/discipline. * Creating and managing a robust talent acquisition strategy. * Proactively networking, engaging and building relationships with candidates within a specific discipline to build an unrivalled talent bank of active and passive candidates. * Offering a first class consultative service to candidates throughout their career and job searches. * Working with colleagues to cross-sell and pass leads. * Ensuring compliance to mandatory policies, procedures and guidelines set out as best practice. * Utilise internal databases for all information and ensure only clean data is added. We offer a great basic salary; plus commission and great benefits. We have free parking on site; an early finish on a Friday (4.30pm) and dress down every Friday.
