Job Details: Job Description A Recruitment Resourcer may be employed in any organisation that requires a recruitment function. Their role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function. They may also be required to identify new business opportunities. Start with a 13-15 month Digital Marketing apprenticeship: Consisting of training in small groups and work-based assessment covering: Search – SEO and PPC, Design, Online advertising, Email marketing, Social Media and image and video editing, while learning the recruitment industry The apprentice will gain a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing. Duties/ Responsibilities Typical responsibilities for a Digital Marketing Recruitment Resourcer are: -Research, identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfill the requirements of the business brief -Identify new business opportunities through a variety of means and refer these opportunities to a recruiter -Meet all procedures and carry out relevant processes to ensure industry codes of ethics and relevant legislation are adhered to -Formulate and manage recruitment marketing campaigns -Work with relevant departments, 3rd parties and trading partners to ensure delivery of solution is correctly met and within agreed timescales -Participate in meetings. -Ensuring jobs are filled -Advertising for new job roles through various platforms -Building relationships with temporary operatives -General administration -Answering telephone calls -Marketing campaigns -Data input Qualities / essential requirements: -Self-motivation- Example, Someone who takes independent action to fulfill work tasks -Ambition, drive and determination- Example, an individual who is clear on their personal objectives and plans accordingly -Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary- Example, someone who can plan workloads and undertake tasks systematically.
