Our client, a large Energy provider, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Recruitment) to work on a 9 month contract. This role will ideally be based in Central London, relocating to Croydon in October, or alternatively could be based in Hove with travel to London.This role is an immediate requirement. This role will support the Employer Brand & Strategic Resourcing Manager, in the Resourcing, Talent, Compensation and Benefits Centre of Excellence in all aspects of embedding the Digital Resourcing Strategy into the business and the external market. This will include areas such as digital sourcing strategies, digital recruiting initiatives such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Spotify, candidate engagement tools, employee referral schemes and employer branding. This role will also assist with ad hoc digital resourcing projects. This role will manage a range of digital channels and run recruitment marketing campaigns to an online audience of 70,000 + followers The role-holder will interface with various stakeholders (respective to their scope of business area) internally and externally. *Digital Marketing: Deliver the digital recruiting strategy. Identify best practice in the market, investigate areas of improvement or innovation and suggest ways of implementing these into the recruiting teams or projects currently underway. *Social Media Content Creation & Moderation: The role holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the careers Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. Key focuses will include content strategy, analytics and overseeing moderation carried out by our agency. Working closely with other Social Media Leads across the business to ensure best practice is shared and governance is adhered to. In addition, the role holder will also be required to support The Recruitment Delivery and Early Careers teams in the running of LinkedIn Alumni groups and Graduate Facebook group. This work will be of a consultative nature, sharing existing content, advising on audience growth and ensuring KPI's are met. *Digital Sourcing & Attraction: Digital channels exist to support the companies resourcing strategy, ensuring an attraction of high quality, diverse candidates. As a result, the role holder will input into a variety of recruitment marketing campaigns, including Graduate & Apprentice attraction as well as experienced hires. In addition, they will work with the Diversity & Inclusion team to ensure an inclusive workplace is reflected in all communications. *Careers website : The Employer Brand team are responsible for the companies careers website which has over 30,000 visitors each month. The role will project manage the creation of new webpages and updating existing ones in conjunction with our recruitment marketing agency. The role holder will also be required to use Google Analytics to provide regular updates on the websites performance. The role will assist with the creation and launch of the new careers website under development in Future HR working with internal and external providers in refining content and functionality. They will represent Strategic Resourcing on weekly and monthly calls/meetings to assist with ongoing development for launch in Q4 2016. *Employee Referral Scheme : Help to develop, market and promote the employee referral scheme internally. Working with external providers to create project-plans for initial 6 month trial. Monitor success and continually share these successes throughout the company. *Employer Brand Communications: The role holder will be required to work with various internal and external providers to produce a range of digital communications including video, employee blogs and infographics. The role holder must ensure each piece of content adhere' s to our employer brand guidelines and showcases what it's like to work at the company in a consistent and engaging manner. Skills & Qualifications: A background in digital marketing and social media platforms A passion for digital tools and an interest in digital recruiting would be of benefit. A relevant Degree level qualification or suitable experience in a similar role. A willingness to learn and keep up to date with the latest innovations on digital/online recruiting tools. The ability to identify, adopt and integrate best practice through regular external benchmarking. Good stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential. Strong proof/evidence of project delivery and how projects have been amended or reworked based on feedback received. Good project management and analytical expertise; using metrics and KPIs to measure & highlight success. Ability to multi task in a face paced environment on own initiative. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact appropriately at all levels of a complex international organisation. Numerical and budgeting skills would be of benefit.
