A leading Engineering Consultancy has an opportunity for an outstanding Digital Recruiter to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for a someone passionate about recruiting the next generation of extraordinary engineers and seeking a challenging new role that needs strategy and innovation. This role is aimed at developing and executing a globally consistent employer brand as an employer of choice for students, interns and graduates. Responsibilities: * Owning the end-to-end overarching strategy for graduate and intern recruitment that aligns with the business strategy including an attraction, selection and assessment process and managing all offers for each annual intake * Working on a macro and micro scale by supporting local regions to develop specific acquisition strategies and local recruitment marketing campaigns to align with overarching global strategy * Building on the current candidate experience concept and introducing creative ideas to actively engage candidates * Exploring alternative and original application routes for graduates, maximising digital media opportunities and future technology * Collaborating with the global resource planner to utilise data to underpin attraction strategy * Coordinating attendance at graduate fairs and presentations * Maintaining and building on pre-existing relationships with university careers department and directly with relevant faculties, courses and course leaders * Defining advertising and employer brand messaging in collaboration with marketing * Designing and managing media strategies to drive a message around diversity and inclusion * Managing all social media outlets including Twitter, Facebook, Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Blogs to create brand awareness partnering with the digital marketing team * Working with the human resource leadership team to design and execute the employee value proposition Essential skills and experience: * Strong influencing, networking and negotiation skills with experience in third party agency preferred * Creative thinker with good analytic skills and the ability to recognise opportunities in the wider business environment * Ability to engage, communicate and identify with the graduate cohort as they progress through their early stage career challenges * Evidence of providing creative, innovative solutions using a variety of sourcing tools and technology, with a particular focus on digital media * Proven experience of employer brand and/or recruitment marketing with emerging talent audiences * A deep understanding of intern and graduate recruitment work flows and ability to focus on improving candidate experience * Experience with human resource databases and applicant tracking systems If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
