We are looking for a Digital Recruitment Campaigns Officer to join our Engagement Division as part of our Register Development team. Title: Digital Recruitment Campaigns Officer Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum depending on experience (inclusive London Weighting) Contract: Permanent Hours: 35 per week Location: Initially flexible working, normal base Anthony Nolan Head Office (flexible working location will be considered As Digital Recruitment Campaigns Officer, you will be joining the team in a new role to help expand our online stem cell donor recruitment activity. You will play a key role in developing and overseeing paid acquisition campaigns using digital platforms to grow the size and shape of the stem cell donor register, focusing on our key target audiences: young men and people from minority ethnic backgrounds. You’ll be confident taking a leading role to deliver campaigns with internal teams and external agencies from the research and ideation stage through to delivery and optimisation and finally reporting and evaluating performance. You will bring a keen interest in and understanding of digital trends and a willingness to continually evolve and adapt to maximise opportunities to engage with our audiences. You’ll have a willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing external factors. You’ll have the skills to drive delivery, ensure that insight informs our approach and work effectively with stakeholders in the pursuit of excellence. You’ll be a strong communicator and influencer able to enthuse and bring people together to deliver innovative new campaigns.
