Director of Driving Division Watford, Romford, Maidstone, Crawley or Southampton Based Southern Region Salary £50k to £75k + Bonus + BMW car + Equity Share Overview With turnover of £70m, 250 staff and strong profitability we are looking to continue our growth through the appointment of a recruitment director in our Driving division. Interaction Recruitment is one of the 10 largest driving agencies in the UK. We are very strong financially and whilst other agencies have gone through difficulties and contracted, Interaction has expanded well over the last 10 years. This recruit will develop and further build our Driving division across the South continuing on from the successes of the division else where through our national network. With a branch network of 30 offices we offer our clients a great national coverage. Currently we operate in 9 specialist vertical markets (Commercial, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Hospitality and Catering, Driving, Construction, Accountancy & Finance, IT and Health & Social Care). These specialist divisions provide great cross selling opportunities across our client base. Each division works as a specialist business unit and we are looking for a leader to progress and grow our Driving business in the South. Responsibilities include: * To further build and develop the Driving team across the Southern Region * Lead the team in winning worthwhile & profitable business * Recruit, train and retain excellent driving consultants * Increase driving revenues & profitability * Running and growing a successful business Candidates for the above roles will be able to demonstrate the following: * Will have at least 5 years recruitment experience * Be able to show evidence of a successful career recruiting within the driving specialism * Have significant experience of billing alongside running teams of 5+ staff * Have the ability to be entrepreneurial to drive business forward * Sound local and regional knowledge of client base and relevant connections. * The ambition to not only to grow but to compete with the top billing specialist divisions and regions.
