Hull College Group is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, offering over 1000 courses to over 17,000 students every year. We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Learner Experience and Recruitment to join our Marketing department where you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and effective management of the learner experience. This will include enrichment, attendance, work experience, marketing and learner services. Within the role you will provide vision and leadership that will enhance and continually improve the learner and customer experience. Leading on policy development for learner experience, marketing and customer services spanning across further and higher education as well as the Group’s work with employers, you will lead and oversee the provision of an effective and high quality learner focused service at all times. We are looking for someone who has a CertEd or PGCE coupled with a knowledge of managing support services for learners. With experience of working within education, you will have a successful track record of managing and developing teams to achieve success. A strong leader who has an understanding of education and the related quality assurance process, you will have a strong strategic vision for improving and enhancing the learner experience within an FE environment.
