Job Purpose Summary MarketAxess is looking for an experienced Diversity Recruiter to join our HR team based in London (role likely to be a mixture of WFH or in the office, dependent on COVID). This position will help us refine our strategy for the region of EMEA and APAC around diversity recruiting which will ultimately help us attract and retain higher quality candidates from Graduate level all the way up to Management level. The hire will ultimately be responsible for devising and implementing the company’s Regional diversity recruitment strategy which focuses on diversifying our employee talent pool. They will define goals, accountabilities and success measures for attracting, engaging, assessing and hiring diverse talent for EMEA and APAC in order to drive long-term business success. A key aim for the hire will be to bring in a broader range of experience, increased language and cultural awareness skills by helping attract a larger and more varied candidate pool. The hire will interface with recruitment agencies, drive intern/graduate hiring, promote and direct recruitment initiatives. Ultimately, they will own the sourcing part of the recruitment cycle and work collaboratively with the HR Manager/Head of HR in the selection process of all new hires. This role is responsible for: * Develop a best-in-class recruitment strategy and selection process for diversity-focused hiring with the goal of identifying top talent for EMEA and APAC. * Manage and track all recruiting diversity metrics to inform recommendations for improvements and ensure D/I hiring goals are achieved. * Serve as a focal point for all recruitment agencies on established PSL and ensure terms are competitive while promoting diverse candidate talent pools. Refine list of preferred vendors to meet diversity targets, as needed. * Identify opportunities for MarketAxess to support community initiatives that promote D&I and participate in D&I industry events, as appropriate * Engage with Marketing on relevant diversity focused literature and external marketing of the Company to candidates * Report on diversity recruiting metrics to business including number of candidates interviewed and hired. General Support Responsibilities Include: * Design and place adverts for all roles via ATS (mix of agency, job sites and University sites where applicable). * Screen resumes and participate in our standard assessment process, as relevant. * Undertake a review of the current PSL and graduate CV suppliers, fees and standardisation of terms. * Design and run Internship plus Analyst programs in UK and potentially Asia; build and maintain good relationships with universities on campus and job sites to promote the MarketAxess brand name for the Intern/Graduate population. * Promote direct sourcing- increase use of direct sourcing channels, reduce recruitment spend and be the interface for all external candidate management
