DIVISIONAL RECRUITMENT LEAD FINANCIAL SERVICES – BIRMINGHAM A rare opportunity to join an established recruitment company at a pivotal point within an exciting leadership role in our newly opened Birmingham office! JOB TITLE: Divisional Manager – Finance & Accounting BUSINESS DEPARTMENT: Financial Services LOCATION: Birmingham          ROLE OVERVIEW At RSD Recruitment we are fulfilling an exciting growth strategy and Birmingham will be the latest office in the group to launch, following the recently opened Manchester and Cardiff branches.  Reporting to the Managing Partner, we are recruiting Divisional Managers for various sectors including but not limited to Finance, IT and other professional services such as legal and HR.  The purpose of this role is to lead, develop and encourage colleagues within your business to be the best they can be whilst giving world class service to both candidates and clients.  Driving new business, pitching for tenders and PSLs as well as nurturing and developing a team will be key within this role.  Leading from the front is imperative and a strong recruitment background with demonstrable billing numbers goes without saying. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: ·       Driving revenue through hard work, team development, client service, candidate service and colleague engagement in accordance with the group vision  ·       Supporting the Managing Partner with key strategic decisions and financial forecasts ·       Day to day management of recruitment operations  ·       Presenting the division’s business financials with support at board meetings ·       Leading from the front with regards to attitude, energy and work ethic ·       Liaising with candidates, colleagues and clients at all levels  ABOUT YOU This is an opportunity to have real ownership of a division from the start and be part of something amazing – we have ambitious growth plans across the group and the Birmingham office will be a huge part of this.  It goes without saying you will have the following skills ·       Excellent communication skills both verbally and written ·       Natural communicator at all levels both face to face and over the phone ·       Strong industry sector knowledge and proven track record within your area of expertise ·       Previous line management / divisional management experience ·       Proficient in all Microsoft packages and adept with CRM databases ·       Ability to work under pressure and to tight/conflicting timescales  WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU ·       Excellent salary and uncapped OTE ·       Monthly / yearly bonus  ·       Equity in the firm from the outset ·       Unparalleled career development within a rewarding culture
