Job Description

Our client is a large national care provider that is looking for a recruiter to join their branch. Your key duties and responsibilities will be as follows:- •To work with the Regional Operations Director and Regional Recruiter to identify and meet recruitment needs for the branch. •To advertise roles, using various resources, and ensure these are kept up to date •Monitor response and deal with applications in a prompt, professional and timely manner •Pre-screen potential candidates and where relevant, book in for interview with Branch •Measure the success of various recruitment activities •Creation of offer packs •Report compilation and any other duties as required •Develop best quality communications (e.g. advertisements) that will be used as standard across the business •Be the external facing representative for the company at appropriate Branch Manager meetings. •Lead the recruitment effort in the implementation of each new contract win in line with the allocated mobilisation timetable and budget for each project, identifying and escalating to the appropriate Manager key risks •Support the BID team to develop recruitment plans for tender responses.
