Experienced Domiciliary Care Recruiter Based in Aylesbury £25k+ Car Driver Our client is looking for a very experienced Domiciliary Care Recruiter that has proven experience in a similar position dealing with volume recruitment and will go the extra mile to support the office team. YOUR JOB ROLE AS A DOMICILIARY CARE RECRUITER • Process sufficient applications to meet recruitment targets • Source candidates from within the EU • Ensure candidates have all relevant documentation to work in UK • Conduct video interviews • Review applications in line with agreed SLA’s • Undertake and arrange interviews in line with agreed SLA’s • Transfer complete offer information to the HR employee services within 24 hours of a verbal offer; • Monitor pipeline activity and liaise with the HR Employee services • Highlight shortfalls in pipeline numbers immediately to the Regional Director; • Liaise with the branch and training team to ensure all new care workers are booked onto the next possible training and induction dates, and notified as appropriate.
