Education Recruitment Consultant 18-25K We are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our very friendly team. We are based in Maidstone town centre and specialise in recruiting support staff for mainstream and SEN schools. You will be taking over a busy desk as the current consultant is taking on a new role within the company and so you will need to have a positive attitude and be highly organised. Ideally you will have worked in recruitment, sales and/or education before, however full training will be provided. It is essential that you have Maths and English GCSEs at grade C or above. We are a rapidly growing business currently covering Kent and South East London and need a consultant to help move us forward as we expand. You will need to be hardworking, honest and resilient as there is cold calling involved. In return you will receive a competitive salary with a generous commission structure and weekly incentives.
