Education Recruitment Consultant LAM Education is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our successful Educational Recruitment Team. We are based in Derby City and as a rapidly expanding business we are looking for a motivated and passionate consultant to take our business to the next phase. The ideal candidate We are looking for a dedicated consultant to help us grow our business in supplying secondary teachers, cover supervisors, teaching assistants and other roles within the education sector. You will be working independently to get and establish relationship with new customers, schools and academies. The candidate will also assist with recruiting overseas trained teachers into schools in the U.K. Skills / Experience required * At least 1 year previous recruiting experience * Networking and Client development abilities in the education sector * A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career * Excellent communication and presentation skills What you get in return We are a strong believer in looking after our employees.
